Shipping To APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

USPS can generally track a package to any destination with a US address. In some cases tracking gets cut off, and the main address types that this is referring to is APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) for the sake of privacy.

Package tracking sent to addresses with APO, FPO, and DPO is generally cut off when the USPS item checks in to the military post system. As a company we want to be able to track where the item is all the way up to your delivery, so we can ensure your items are arriving safely. With these addresses we are not able to do so.

When ordering from Crystaltimes USA with these addresses, it’s important for customers to know that we are not able to guarantee delivery of items due to the cut off of tracking, so we hold the same amount of risk as the customer.

Another topic that is important that we have found is that when the order arrives the customer may have moved to another post. Please ensure that when purchasing from these addresses you’ll be present when they get delivered. This will help both the business and the customer ensure timely arrival of their items.
