HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

Redeeming Points is easy! Simply sign into your account on your next visit. During checkout the website will display points available for use. Simply select the amount of points you want to use, and you are all set! The only excluded products from points redemption are Movements and Gift Cards.

All points are automatically assigned to your account after each action, and are available upon your next visit. Points are only redeemable at usa.crystaltimes.net. Order points are assigned to your account when the order status is "Completed". If an order is canceled or refunded the points used to purchase will be reassigned automatically back to your account. If you already have an account with us you are all set. Shop as normal and get rewarded! Points are stored in your account area under "My Points".
