  1. Payment – Paypal and Stripe. We use two of the most secure third party payment processing platforms in the world to make your checkout experience safe.
  2. Shipping – Please refer to dedicated Shipping section
  3. Inspection - please inspect all items upon delivery. If there any possible issues please contact us immediately. We will not replace, refund, or exchange items that were installed or sent to your fitter.
  4. Returns* – On arrival of your order please inspect all the items and notify us immediately if you believe there are any issues. We will not replace, refund or exchange product/s if parts are already installed or installation has been attempted. If we have sent an incorrect or defective item it will be replaced free of charge.

    *Movements - Please note in line with the general watch industry practice for such watch parts we are not able to accept movement returns.

    We do not accept returns for items ordered by mistake/error or if you have simply decided to change direction with your mod  – Customers need to fully check/research to make sure they are buying the correct part(s). If you are unsure or new to watch repair/modding please seek out expert advice before purchase – the various watch forums are an excellent source of information. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.​  Items for return should be packaged securely with your name and order details. We recommend returns are sent by a tracked mail service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items once the items are received by us less any taxes incurred. Shipping charges will not be refunded​ on returned goods.
  5. Color – Due the highly subjective and personal nature of this attribute we will not accept returns on this matter. We do not consider it as a defect. Photographs on the website are taken to the very best of our abilities and are closely representative of the product. Monitor setting, exposure, color balance etc. will account for small differences.
