The Seiko 4R35 movement is an automatic watch movement. It’s considered an upgrade from the 7S26 movement, offering features like hacking (stopping the second hand for precise time setting) and hand-winding. The 4R35 is used in various Seiko watches, including the Seiko 5, cocktail time series, and divers watches. You can also use this in your Seiko mod. An upgraded version of the NH35 movement (higher quality parts).

The watch is powered by the natural movement of your wrist, winding the mainspring.

Hacking and Hand-Winding:
The 4R35 has the ability to stop the second hand for precise time setting and can also be manually wound by turning the crown.

The 4R35 has a power reserve of around 40 hours, meaning it can keep running for that long even if you don’t wear it.

The stated accuracy of the 4R35 is between +45 to -35 seconds per day.

The movement beats at 21,600 vibrations per hour, which is the same as the 7S26 movement.
