This is the perfect upgrade for the Orient Ray II watch! No gasket needed as the factory gasket remains in place. Granted, a replacement gasket (plastic white gasket for crystal glass 31×0.85×0.5mm) is under $2.00 from AliExpress. Might be wise to buy a couple as spares since the factory gasket is almost impossible to find. Orient does not even have spares available for sale. I used the Temery Watch Press Set and Eventronic Watch Repair Kit sold on Amazon to install. With the press set, make sure to apply firm pressure to set the crystal as centered as you can. Afterwards, you can press multiple times along the edge to ensure the crystal is fully seated. Mine was only 95% seated at the 6 o-clock position, and it just took a few additional presses near that edge to lock it in. Have tested for leaks and it holds perfectly. Amazing quality! Many videos are on YouTube for the install process. I had scratched the mineral crystal the first day I got my watch. This sapphire is a must have! Far better than the factory flat mineral crystal! Their customer service team is excellent, and have quickly responded to my questions.
