Frequent Asked Questions

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

There are no limits to how many referrals you can make, and how many active referrals you can have at any given time. Our system will store your friends code so that when they are ready it is available for use.

how do i use my earned credit?

Your store credit accumulates for each of the approved referrals and all of the store credit will be automatically used on your next order. The credit amount is labelled "Referral Credit" and is shown in the cart and checkout totals.

does my code expire?

The code you share with your friends does not expire. You may also actively send your friend(s) reminders to take advantage of the code to speed up the process.

Where do i see successful referrals?

You must have an account and be signed in when making a referral as successful referrals are logged in your my account page. You'll also receive an email when the referral is complete. In order for a referral to be complete their order status must be marked as "Completed" which means the order has been shipped.

are there any restrictions?

Your friend is needing to spend at least $15 on their order to get the $5 discount. You are not able to send a code to another one of your emails to receive a discount on both ends. Our program has a built in feature to prevent this from happening.
